Maintenance

Day-to-day care and upkeep.

The Liner is suitable for hand-washing.

This will depend on the usage. In our tests, recharging was required after 5 days of moderate use.

The Control Unit has a keypad which can deliver the essential device functions.

One cartridge generates 2,000 adjustments. We expect 1 cartridge to last for 3 days, with moderate use. About the CO₂ cartridge

If the gas cartridge is empty, Roliner will function like a regular silicone liner. Cartridge safety details

Yes. The Control Unit has a mechanical valve that can limit the pressure. Our technical team will help if needed.

Device

Fit, hardware and lifespan.

Currently, Roliner is available for active above-knee users who already use a seal liner.

Roliner is designed to fit into an existing socket. In most user trials, existing sockets have been compatible with Roliner.

Yes, Roliner will be available in multiple sizes based on our sizing chart. Our team can assist you in selecting the correct size.

Yes, the proximal end of the Liner has a trimmable zone where the contour of the Liner can be trimmed according to the residuum's length.

On the day of delivery, it will be attached to the pylon of the socket of the prosthetic leg, using an attachment clamp. The Control Unit can be removed from the prosthetic leg by sliding it upwards.

Both the Liner and the Control Unit have a fabric-covered flexible tube that is connected via a twist-lock fastener. Product photos available on request.

330 grams without a cartridge and 390 grams with a full cartridge - approximately the weight of two smartphones. About the CO₂ cartridge

Yes, the keypad will make essential adjustments, but the device readings won't be visible. The keypad is designed for situations in which the user cannot use the phone.

The Liner has been vigorously tested in a lab environment. We expect it to last for 6 months. Any component showing major deformation will be replaced with a new one as part of the Repair and Replace Warranty under the Pioneer Programme.

Pioneer Programme

Joining our launch partners.

The UK Pioneer Programme is the initial rollout phase for the Roliner technology, allowing partner clinics to be among the first in the world to offer this dynamically adaptive liner to their patients. By participating in this programme, clinics provide direct feedback that will directly influence and shape the final global release version of Roliner.

The programme runs until 31/08/2026, after which you retain your status as a legacy partner for future offers and collaborations.

No. However, each participating clinic has a limit of 5 patients for the Pioneer Programme.

Roliner is designed to be a plug & play experience. Regardless of this, we provide virtual and in-person training for your prosthetists for the first 5 fittings.
